(1) Job responsibilities:
① Responsible for the signing, management, modification, termination, and continuation of labor contracts, and establishing a labor contract ledger;
② Assist the Human Resources Administration Manager in handling labor relations and resolving labor disputes;
③ Timely process and organize personnel files, classify them into accounts, and bind them;
④ Recruitment work;
⑤ Handle employee social insurance and provident fund;
⑥ Handle the clearance and transfer procedures for various insurances when employees are transferred in and out;
⑦ Responsible for employee attendance management, handling employee leave and termination procedures, confirming employee travel time, and preparing monthly attendance summary reports;
⑧ Handle employee resignation related procedures;
⑨ Other tasks assigned by leaders;
